The Girl Guide Associations within the Caribbean belong to an organisation called "Caribbean Link". In celebration of the Golden Anniverary of Caribbean Link (April 22nd 2008), each District displayed several aspects of a pre-assigned Caribbean country during a week-long exhibition which began from April 19th.
On Saturday, April 19th, participants viewed the exhibits and sampled several National dishes. Later that afternoon, a cultural presentation was held to showcase the National Costumes and to perform cultural items.
